Enjoy the flavors of a classic Parisian bistro meal with Chef Helena Elwell. In this 2-hour class, you'll enjoy a hearty, comforting, multi-course meal perfect for a chilly winter evening.
Chef Helena will teach you how to make the perfect bistro flank steak with crispy shallots and arugula, shallot Dijon pan sauce, and profiteroles (vanilla ice cream, chocolate sauce, chantilly) all accompanied by a fromages et pain.
